This company SUCKS. In a time of dire need, you want to be able to rely on a company like this to show up and help you. Instead I got told they would arrive in a few hours when my house flooded. A few hours rolls around and I call, I text, and call and text again and get no answer. They never showed up. Waste of my time, especially when I needed someone to help me the most. People are desperate when this type of situation occurs and to not be reliable is a horrible business practice. Shame on you and your joke of a company.

Puroclean Ottawa West managed the mitigation and repair of our basement after a serious sewage stack leak in February 2026. We worked with Deven Raval, General Manager, who was clear, kind, and attentive to our needs. I honestly think he went above and beyond to support us. While not stress free (our basement was full of sewage and it was a major project that took 3 months (1 month due to insurance delays)), it was made easier with Deven’s guidance and support.
