Puroclean Ottawa West managed the mitigation and repair of our basement after a serious sewage stack leak in February 2026. We worked with Deven Raval, General Manager, who was clear, kind, and attentive to our needs. I honestly think he went above and beyond to support us. While not stress free (our basement was full of sewage and it was a major project that took 3 months (1 month due to insurance delays)), it was made easier with Deven’s guidance and support. In an extremely stressful situation regarding water damage to my new home, Sam showed up as recommended by my insurance company. Sam was extremely professional, explaining the assessment process and answering my many questions along the way. Sam explained things in terms I could understand which brought some comfort at a very difficult time. Based on my interactions with Sam on behalf of PuroClean I would highly recommend this company. To begin, I would like to state, I am against leaving Negative Feedback s, but in this case,I must. My aim with writing, is saving others, if I can, from the ordeal I went through with Deven Raval, owner of Puroclean Ottawa West. My Insurance Co suggested last year at the end of May Deven Raval, and his company for assessment, and repair, for water damage in my home.
