To begin, I would like to state, I am against leaving Negative Feedback s, but in this case,I must. My aim with writing, is saving others, if I can, from the ordeal I went through with Deven Raval, owner of Puroclean Ottawa West. My Insurance Co suggested last year at the end of May Deven Raval, and his company for assessment, and repair, for water damage in my home. PuroClean was recommended to us when our basement flooded, and we couldn't be more grateful. Deven arrived within a few hours of our flood, bringing a wealth of knowledge and providing valuable insight into our situation. Every PuroClean team member was exceptionally friendly, hardworking, and helpful, exceeding our expectations.
