The First week of December 2025. I woke up to a broken water main.. my front yard was flooded. I checked the lower level to find I had 2-3 inches of water throughout the family room, guest bed and bath, the lower landing, the hobby room and store room. I could not speak highly enough of Rochelle and her team of awesome ladies! We have recently returned to our home after a fire and subsequent flood displaced us for nearly a year. Puroclean packed up, cleaned and stored our salvageable belongings and returned them to us when we moved back into our house. The PuroClean team was amazing through our rebuild! We had a terrible experience with another local company through our remediation process and all of the back and forth with insurance. Rochelle came to do our assessment and was completely honest and up front with us being first time homeowners and having to work through an unexpected first insurance claim. Amazing experience with this company. John the owner is very kind and professional. We used them for a flood inside our home, they did the mitigation/clean up and rebuild. We went with this company initially due to the time John took on the initial estimate. John was very detailed on the initial inspection and estimate. They saved us quite a bit of money by pulling out all the cabinets and countertops without any damage and reinstalling them completely damage free. They also worked with us on the flooring.
