Disappointed and frustrated: As new homeowners dealing with mold with the first time, we trusted this company to guide us through the process. While they treated the attic, they failed to mention that mold could also be present in the ducts or other parts of the house. We were told the entire home had been fogged and was safe — but that clearly wasn’t the case.
