The owner Jean was very helpful with all of my questions. We used another service to clean up our flood damage in our basement and we were over charged and services normally included with clean up were not included, not to mention horrible customer service! Jean helped me navigate what steps to take and offered her help. She even gave me a number where I could text her all my questions. I really wish this company would have won the Google search when we were searching for help in an emergency flooding situation.

The response and clean up to our flooded basement was great. The quality of work was good and I was impressed with that crew’s attention to cleanliness. However, the remainder of our project was poor. Even though we paid for protection, the dry wall team didn’t cover our belongings. When we questioned it, they claimed to have cleaned up the dry wall dust and then put the coverings on later but still made us pay for the covering. We requested a flooring quote. I just wanted thank everyone at PuroClean that helped take care of my mold issues and get my house back to normal.
