PuroClean did a great job evaluating our damage from a pipe leak. Everyone that came to the house was professional, clean and good to work with. The mold mitigation was very good. The communication and timelines around the remodel was a struggle.
We used PuroClean for a water issue at our house and they were fantastic. I reached out to them on Sunday, heard back right away and a technician at our house Monday morning. Our situation did not warrant immediate attention, so Monday morning was fine. Throughout the process Jean kept us looped in as to when and what was going to happen next, she is a great communicator and kept the process moving. Makes all the difference with you know what to expect. Great work by PuroClean, highly recommend.
The owner Jean was very helpful with all of my questions. We used another service to clean up our flood damage in our basement and we were over charged and services normally included with clean up were not included, not to mention horrible customer service! Jean helped me navigate what steps to take and offered her help. She even gave me a number where I could text her all my questions. I really wish this company would have won the Google search when we were searching for help in an emergency flooding situation.
