The response and clean up to our flooded basement was great. The quality of work was good and I was impressed with that crew’s attention to cleanliness. However, the remainder of our project was poor. Even though we paid for protection, the dry wall team didn’t cover our belongings. When we questioned it, they claimed to have cleaned up the dry wall dust and then put the coverings on later but still made us pay for the covering. We requested a flooring quote.
