I can’t say enough good things about this company. Everyone I spoke with was professional, kind, patient with my thousand questions, and incredibly reassuring during a really stressful situation. Cody and Robert were the cleanup crew, and they absolutely went above and beyond. They were honest, thorough, and took so much care with everything. I called them when we had water pouring through the ceiling, they arrived about 6 or 7 hours after we called them. The initial two people were fantastic but the next day the project manager came and he seemed to have no interest in making sure that we got what we needed. He was talking about taking apart the kitchen cabinets and replacing the damaged wood only. It was covered in mold this seems crazy. Cody came in and got the job done so quick! He kept me well informed throughout the process, kept any removal tidy and ensure to check everything including the cabinets before completing the mitigation process! Cody and Robert were clearly knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they perform to the highest standards but their compassion and thoughtfulness were very appreciated because at the same time that we were experiencing water damage to our home, we were also transitioning an elderly family member back to the house after a hospitalization. They helped make a bad situation more tolerable with their ability to work around a delicate situation. Cody and Robert deserve the highest praise.
