Cody and Robert were clearly knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they perform to the highest standards but their compassion and thoughtfulness were very appreciated because at the same time that we were experiencing water damage to our home, we were also transitioning an elderly family member back to the house after a hospitalization. They helped make a bad situation more tolerable with their ability to work around a delicate situation. Cody and Robert deserve the highest praise.

So my water pressure regulator failed which cause the cold water line entering the hot water tank to burst. Approx 15 mins later I was able to shut off the water. Needless to say all the carpet was saturated. My insurance sent Josue & Robert from PuroClean to handle the first phase of my claim. Both men worked non stop extracting as much water from the carpets using a water extracting machine that I never saw but was impressed with its performance. I filed a police report on this company since items went missing from my home after they came out. Pictures were taken before work started that their company sent me. My items were clearly seen in the pictures. After they moved my items to a different location in my home and more pictures were taken, those items are no longer visible in the pictures. The company also did not care at all that they have employees working for them that steal from people’s homes. They refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. They are unrespons... read more
