We had a previous restoration company that gave us an outrageous quote to have our items cleaned after a fire. PuroClean came out and Blake was very professional and had a new quote to us in just a couple of days. Yvette and Rachel in the office have been so kind and helpful. On the day they came to pick up our items, Joseph and Blake took great care with our antiques and fragile paintings. They kept us up to date when they finished each room and were so helpful.

Really a 4.5 star review... The team at PuroClean of Southlake was subcontracted by another PuroClean affiliate to handle the packout, storage, and pack-back of home contents following an internal flood that required substantial remediation and rebuild of our entire home. Rachel's team was prompt, courteous, and very communicative through the entire process, knowing how stressful the event was for us. Called PuroClean and they came out same day fully prepared to do the job. All three technicians (Joseph, Billy, and Miguel) were inquisitive and very knowledgeable to not only diagnose our water damage but to also develop a path forward to get it repaired. We quoted out two other companies and PuroClean was by far the most competitive! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Great job!
