The team at PuroClean of Southlake was subcontracted by another PuroClean affiliate to handle the packout, storage, and pack-back of home contents following an internal flood that required substantial remediation and rebuild of our entire home. Techs onsite Miguel,Joseph, Donald, Ruben. These guys have been very helpful. Getting our house ready for cleaning has been a very detailed process. UPDATED the process we thought we getting was not GOOD at all. When they brought our belongings back everything was not labeled correctly. And left us with a complete mess. Nothing was clean as they told us would be. Damaged our furniture and dishes. 200 plus boxes that we asked to be unpacked. We are elderly people that needed help with. Called PuroClean and they came out same day fully prepared to do the job. All three technicians (Joseph, Billy, and Miguel) were inquisitive and very knowledgeable to not only diagnose our water damage but to also develop a path forward to get it repaired. We quoted out two other companies and PuroClean was by far the most competitive! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Great job!
