Puro Clean was recommended to me by the owner of the HVAC company that services my furnace and AC. Needed my duct work cleaned as it had been some time and I was not happy with the last company that did this job. Ben and Ethan were great, they explained the entire process to me. They were very, very thorough in their cleaning methods and I will certainly be using them again.
We found we had a water leak, contacted our insurance company, who contacted this company. Within 10 minutes we received a call from PuroClean. Within an hour and half they had a representative at our home. They had equipment set up and running within two hours a the first call. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.
We recently needed quick clean-up service at our business located in Louisville, KY in order to get opened following some construction. One call to Marty and his crew at PuroClean quickly resolved all our issues. His team promptly responded to our business, quickly evaluated what needed to be completed to resolve our issues, and got to work. Their quick response was extremely helpful and professionalism was very much appreciated.
We had a sewer back up into our house and Puroclean came in, did the clean up, dry out and replacement of our damaged areas & carpet. They were fast, professional and trustworthy to get the job done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs this service but hope we won't need them again! Lol! But if we do, they'll be our first call!
On Labor Day weekend I woke up to a house standing with water!!! I was flipping out to say the least! After I calmed myself and started vacuuming the water, I realized I was in way over my head.
