We had a water leak from our hot water heater and PuroClean came out quickly to help dry everything up. Leighann was incredibly prompt in getting the equipment set up, starting the drying process, and pulling up the carpet. She was so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable, which really helped ease our worries during a stressful situation. PuroClean is nothing short of amazing! Stephanie and her team quickly came in and took care of our kitchen after a dishwasher leak. They’ve coordinated all the vendors and made the restoration process so incredibly easy! Jordan is top notch! He is so kind and empathetic, explaining every single part of the process along the way! Nathan and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I was very satisfied with their professionalism, communication and highly skilled expertise. They explained every step of their process and answered any questions or concerns. They were also very thorough and left all areas neat after removing ceramic tile, cabinets, and floorboards. If I could give them more stars I would. They are a trusted team of professionals that I would use again.

Jordan C. & Tom were very professional and showed up on time daily to determine the progress and make any changes needed regarding water damage from a dishwasher. Dan, the owner, was also very helpful and responded promptly after my initial phone call. He was at my home within a couple of hours and assessed the damage. Upon filing an insurance claim his team showed up quickly to start the restoration . I would highly recommend PuroClean Southern Indiana.

The insurance company called Puro clean, and the owner came out personally and looked over what needed to be done and the very next day Jordan came out and placed the fans and dehumidifiers and took up the flooring all the way until it got to the original subfloor, that way everything could properly dry out. They were very communicative and professional, and they were very flexible with scheduling.Jordan also came with Tom twice to drop off more fans and then pick them up. They were both great!
