Came out for an estimate, said he would email me the final estimate. Never received it. Called back said he would check it out later, still never received it. Tried calling back multiple times and left a message to voicemail and haven’t heard anything back over the past few weeks.

Chuck and his team provided not only professional service when communicating and cleaning the mold issue we had, they also provided a peace of mind when going through the process with the insurance company. I was also impressed with the honesty and knowledge for all my questions; it was clear that Chuck truly cares about providing exemplary personal service. This is a terrific company. Knowledgeable, honest, efficient and gets the job done. They cleaned up a mold problem we had in the walls, floor and ceiling. They came, they worked tirelessly and they conquered the mold. Chuck is so reliable. You can’t go wrong with Puroclean.
