We had damage from an ice dam during the snow storm, our insurance company actually recommended puroclean and set up our appointment. This was our first claim so its very nerve wracking worrying about your home. They came saw what needed to be done, explained in detail what needed to be done. This winter I came home to a leak in my ceiling. The plumber came out, took one look, and called PuroClean. Bri came out in minutes. She was professional and kind and explained the next steps. Over the course of several days they worked to uncover the problem which was a shower leaking down into the kitchen ceiling. Ultimately the entire shower on the 2nd floor came out as well as a portion of the kitchen ceiling. They tested for lead and asbestos and handled the mold. I had a pipe break on the first floor of our house that affected 2 bedrooms and my basement. Honor and her assistant Sosa were amazing!! They explained everything thoroughly. Always gave accurate times of arrival. Very compassionate people! 10 out of 10 would recommend them!!
