I would love to give negative stars. Horrible experience, incomplete work. They were paid for work that never got done and now not only did they keep the money i need a new contractor that i have to pay to fix what they did. They came back out to my house half a dozen times to fix what wasn't done and it STILL NEVER GOT DONE!! Do not use this company. Working with PuroClean for water mitigation made a stressful situation easier. They showed up promptly once the initial call was made and were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They followed through on all tasks and communicated well! I had a great experience with Bri and Honor at my home and Stephanie in the office. I appreciate their services. Bri & Jayson were supportive, helpful and reassuring through the whole process of drying out our ceiling. Very responsive to texts and provided additional contacts for everything else that needs to be done.
