We sadly had a refrigerator hose leak and ruin our newer flooring in our kitchen. PuroClean came to our home the same day we contacted our insurance company. Daniel and his team immediately tore up the flooring to check all damage. Daniel’s team brought in fans and brought in a company to test for asbestos. Very thorough work. We had water damage at our home that required the removal of a significant amount of interior wall, kitchen cabinets and hardwood flooring. Eugen, Daniel and their team did a great job in mitigation of the damage and restoration of the interior. Equally important is the fact that this team always showed up when they said they were going to be there and never once let us hanging. I heard horror stories of remediation companies, and when we had fire damage in our home, I was so nervous hiring one. But we immediately felt at home with Puroclean and are so grateful for their team.
If I could rate this company a 10 I would. We had a pipe burst in February and within 1 hour they had a team show up to evaluate and get started on the cleanup. This ended up being a large cleanup and I have to say the employees and owner worked nonstop to get our house back restored and better than it was originally. They went above and beyond in the restoration. Not only did they clean and sanitize the areas that had been water damaged, but also did all flooring, drywall, paint and cabinet work.
