I heard horror stories of remediation companies, and when we had fire damage in our home, I was so nervous hiring one. But we immediately felt at home with Puroclean and are so grateful for their team.
If I could rate this company a 10 I would. We had a pipe burst in February and within 1 hour they had a team show up to evaluate and get started on the cleanup. This ended up being a large cleanup and I have to say the employees and owner worked nonstop to get our house back restored and better than it was originally. They went above and beyond in the restoration. Not only did they clean and sanitize the areas that had been water damaged, but also did all flooring, drywall, paint and cabinet work.
