Ruben and the entire crew at Puroclean were amazing! We had a rather large leak that ruined most of the flooring in our home. Ruben was so organized, communicative, and knowledgeable about what to do! The team was very respectful of our home, packing away our belongings with so much thought and care. I truly cannot say anything negative…. I highly, highly recommend this company!

I discovered an unfortunate leak from my kitchen by stepping in a puddle. I was not able to locate the exact source and knew I needed help asap. I called Puroclean in Post Falls and Reuben was there early that evening. He proceeded to do an inspection to assess the damage. He patiently explained how his team would move forward with the mitigation. His crew arrived the next day and started disassembling my kitchen and living room. Ruben and the PuroClean crew were so professional and prompt in responding to water damage in our home. Throughout the entire process he was extremely communicative and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend his team to anyone in need of water mitigation services.
