We had a long term seeping leak in our kitchen that had spread throughout our kitchen and dining room, leading to a huge clean up and mitigation process. Ruben and his team at PuroClean were amazing. When I called, he arrived the same day to assess damages. He was extremely thorough and explained the process very well to us. Ruben and the entire crew at Puroclean were amazing! We had a rather large leak that ruined most of the flooring in our home. Ruben was so organized, communicative, and knowledgeable about what to do! The team was very respectful of our home, packing away our belongings with so much thought and care. I truly cannot say anything negative…. I highly, highly recommend this company!

I discovered an unfortunate leak from my kitchen by stepping in a puddle. I was not able to locate the exact source and knew I needed help asap. I called Puroclean in Post Falls and Reuben was there early that evening. He proceeded to do an inspection to assess the damage. He patiently explained how his team would move forward with the mitigation. His crew arrived the next day and started disassembling my kitchen and living room.
