We had a new roof installed. Due to an unfortunate install event we ended up with our kitchen and laundry room saturated with water inside. The roofing company promised to fix but waited 2 weeks to schedule demo. Since it had been too long, we engaged PuroClean. Huge thank you to Will! I called in at 6:30am and they on property at 9:30am ready to go with anything I might need. Efficiently examined the areas of impact, provided a step by step plan to ensure our home would be safe after work was done. We chose what we needed and it has been great to work with them. I never felt pressured and was thankful for the honest assessment. Super super grateful!!
