I had a great experience with Frank from PuroClean. They were honest, professional, and explained everything clearly from the beginning. There were no hidden charges or surprise costs—they did exactly what they said they would do. The crew showed up on time, did quality work, and made a stressful water damage situation much easier to deal with. I really appreciate their honesty and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs water damage mitigation.
PuroClean did an amazing job taking care of the water damage in my home. They also have a great understanding of the insurance process and can help communicate with your insurance company, making the entire experience much less stressful. If you’re working with insurance, you’re in good hands with them.
PuroClean of Northeast Sacramento did an amazing job at our home! They communicated clearly, responded quickly, and made the whole water leak and drying process much easier than expected. Frank was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout the entire process. Highly recommend their services!
