We experienced outstanding service from PuroClean of NE Sacramento following our water damage problem. Their crew promptly arrived, conducted a comprehensive damage assessment, and got to work cleaning up the mess. Their attention to detail and professionalism were quite impressive.
We had an emergency situation at my Dads home in Sacramento. I live 3 hours away. Frank answered the phone around midnight and met me a few hours later. He was honest and such an expert in his field that during a stressful situation I felt taken care of. Thanks to him and his team of workers we were able to salvage my dad’s home without too much water damage to his personal stuff.
