We had Frank come out to take care of water damage in the kitchen from the last rains. He was professional, responsive, thorough and objective with the assessment of the situation. His work was also thorough and his rapid responsiveness clearly mitigated any further damage. Where Servpro’s initial assessment was cutting up the stucco and sheet rock, complete removal of the kitchen cabinets and all new flooring, Frank was able to quickly and effectively do remedial work with minimal destruction. Had an awful smell in our house for what felt like forever. After about a week or so of not being able to figure out what it was I gave in & searched for a near by mold inspection company. Frank was able to come out quickly & he let me know the horrid smell was coming from out front bathroom. It wasn't long ago we had that toilet over flowed & I had no idea the extent of damages. PuroClean has been a dream to work with. Their response time was incredible when I had a flooding emergency. Within a day Rod and Ali were there helping find the source of my leak and providing solutions. They also helped me work with my insurance to make sure it was covered.
