I had a great experience with Frank from PuroClean. They were honest, professional, and explained everything clearly from the beginning. There were no hidden charges or surprise costs—they did exactly what they said they would do. The crew showed up on time, did quality work, and made a stressful water damage situation much easier to deal with. I really appreciate their honesty and workmanship. PuroClean did an amazing job taking care of the water damage in my home. They also have a great understanding of the insurance process and can help communicate with your insurance company, making the entire experience much less stressful. Frank is the guy! From the start, he was super helpful. I was feeling very worried of the insurance process, but he made everything easy and gave me peace of mind. This was my first time dealing with insurance, and after my house flooded I was devastated and stressed out. Frank walked me through everything and helped speed things up with my adjuster. Had an awful smell in our house for what felt like forever. After about a week or so of not being able to figure out what it was I gave in & searched for a near by mold inspection company. Frank was able to come out quickly & he let me know the horrid smell was coming from out front bathroom. It wasn't long ago we had that toilet over flowed & I had no idea the extent of damages.
