I requested a mold assessment for my father's place in Oxford NJ from Puroclean on 10/6. We scheduled for the afternoon of 10/8 and on the morning of 10/8 I was emailed and called to reschedule due to another emergency taking the technician away from the assessment as scheduled. No problem, we rescheduled for 10/10 which worked as they could possibly meet up with my insurance adjuster, which was the new agreement for the assessment. Daniel and his team at PuroClean were incredibly responsive and professional. After our sprinkler system leak, they quickly started the drying process, guided us with insurance, and did an outstanding job cleaning up. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth one! We highly recommend them.

Great communication , advocacy, and clean-up effort during sewage/flooding/storm events in southeastern Wisconsin. Half a dozen calls were placed to different remediation companies, but PuroClean was easily the best, most responsive company. Easy to get on a first-name basis with the owners, easy to reach anyone to get updates on the remediation process, reasonable adjustments to estimates as changes were made to work requirements. Words just can't express how completely satisfied I am with PuroClean. My basement flooded during recent flooding in Wisconsin. I was contacted via my insurance with PuroClean. I spoke with Sujey who is amazing and kept me up to date. Victor was in charge of the crew that came to my home for the restoration. They were caring and respectful in every way.
