Our family experienced a 2 foot sewer backup in our basement. The team at PuroClean was the single bright spot in the whole experience. The last of my PuroClean team just left to go back to New Jersey and they took a little piece of my heart with them. Alfonso, Mariel and Justin were wonderful to work with. The difficult issue of the flooded basement and loosing valued treasures was hard, but the clean-up team understood and reassured me that things will be okay. Due to a sub pump failure our 1600 sq ft finish basement end up with 3 inch or so of water. Maribel Ruiz and her team were awesome. There is no one else you should call. Informative, professional, detailed, organized, and showed empathy through the entire process. I would call no one else. Puroclean work with my insurance company to confirm clean up coverage and billed them directly as well.

Puro clean responded very Quick after my initial phone call and done a thorough assessment and done a fantastic job drying everything out ,opening walls where needed and very thorough on cleanup I couldn't beleive how Quick they worked together as a team . From my first exsperience working with them I would definitely recommend and use Them in the future if ever needed . Great first time exsperience made my job a whole lot easier and less stressful.

I have only great things to say about PuroClean. Our apartment flooded from an upstairs neighbor's broken water heater, at 3AM. By 5 AM, Omar from PuroClean was assessing the damage and determining how far the water had traveled inside the walls. In a matter of hours, a full team, led by Victor Rivera, was at our home, removing wet sheetrock, spraying anti-molding agent, and installing fans and dehumidifiers to mitigate the moisture within the walls.
