Our family experienced a 2 foot sewer backup in our basement. The team at PuroClean was the single bright spot in the whole experience. They talked us through everything, answered our many questions, guided us through insurance processes, and responded quickly. I can’t say enough positive things about their help and guidance. The last of my PuroClean team just left to go back to New Jersey and they took a little piece of my heart with them. Alfonso, Mariel and Justin were wonderful to work with. The difficult issue of the flooded basement and loosing valued treasures was hard, but the clean-up team understood and reassured me that things will be okay. Due to a sub pump failure our 1600 sq ft finish basement end up with 3 inch or so of water. Maribel Ruiz and her team were awesome. There is no one else you should call. Informative, professional, detailed, organized, and showed empathy through the entire process. I would call no one else. Puroclean work with my insurance company to confirm clean up coverage and billed them directly as well.
