Do NOT hire this company! They will completely take advantage of you, not do what you are paying them to do especially if you are elderly like my mom. She had a guy come out give her an estimate, the price and promise of work was great. Then she got the final bill. It was significantly more than agreed upon as well as items on it that never happened. I am so grateful that Sean was able to come out last week when Lansing had a lot of basements flooding. Sean listen to me when I told him about my health issues. I only worked with Sean and he is a wonderful human. A great representative for PURO CLEAN. Thanks again Sean for your help and kindness, great job!

We had mold and water damage from a leak from a failed drain in our upstairs shower. Puroclean came out quickly to assess the damage and get the mitigation started. What was thought to be a small amount of damage turned out to be a much bigger project than expected but Puroclean was quick and accommodating with my family’s schedule.
