I have had two experiences recently with PuroClean of Lancaster. The first being at my mother's house in which a water line came loose while she was out of town and flooded the entire main floor of her home and her basement. PuroClean was there daily checking on the progress of the house dry out. They were always very easy to reach and communicate with. They were on top of everything. I had an excellent experience with Puroclean. Roger, my main contact, was fantastic—answering all my questions, putting me at ease, and providing clear, informative guidance throughout the process. They came out fast and we so appreciated this. The crew was polite, professional, and thorough, explaining everything in detail and meeting all my expectations. Roger and his team did a great job at cleaning up my basement. They were kind, knowledgable, and when there was miscommunication they remedied the situation quickly. We will reuse them in the future if needed. Thank you again!

I have to say from the beginning to the end, this company did not hesitate to answer my many questions, and go to bat with the insurance company for me. The quality of work and the eye for detail was top notch. They were honest about time restraints and worked with my schedule.
