If you find yourself wading through a flooded basement like we did, PuroClean is who you want to call. They were out here within a few hours (and we live an hour away), and they took care of everything regarding cleanup. They were very kind and extremely thorough. Working with them has been the easiest part of this entire ordeal..we highly recommend them!
Nick is a true professional. Very patient and kind even with demanding customers. Goes above and beyond. Shannon is a great painter blended the paint so well you couldn't tell where the new started and the old paint ended. Jessica is very attentive with the paperwork. Highly recommend using them for fixing damaged properties.
After a fire in our home, we needed immediate help with cleanup and water removal, and PuroClean of Lafayette was there for us. This company has proven superior over and over in my unfortunate fire situation. Employees are all polite and respectful. My insurance situation has been less than acceptable but this company still continues to not only put me back together but also suggest tweaks to improve my home!!!
