This company has proven superior over and over in my unfortunate fire situation. Employees are all polite and respectful. My insurance situation has been less than acceptable but this company still continues to not only put me back together but also suggest tweaks to improve my home!!!
PuroClean was so good to us!! Called them to check out a problem in our bathroom and they came within the hour - very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommend!!
Quick, professional, and discreet.
After we noticed a leak in our master bathroom ceiling (as later detected to originate from a broken roof vent boot), PuroClean was called and team responded to (1) analyze the problem in the crawl space and remove wet insulation, (2) remove portion of bathroom ceiling and using heated fans completely dry the area, (2) and then replace ceiling and completely match and paint all affected areas. A shout out to the team of Tyson, Nate, Eli, Cam and Jim for their professional and expert work!!
We received great service after a flood in our office. The team communicated with us through each step, from the initial flood clean up to the reconstruction. They were timely and respectful of our office and we are very pleased with the end result.
