Unfortunately you never want to be in a position where you need to call a fire restoration company but if you need too, I cannot recommend more calling PuroClean of Hiram. After months of dealing with other vendors, we were able to get PuroClean out to take a look at our contents that had been involved in a house fire. Shane and his team were quick to come help me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything got repaired and fixed in a timely manner and kept me updated on everything that was happening.

I had a great experience with PuroClean of Hiram. Shane and his workers have great communication with customers. They handled mold remediation in my crawl space and used photos to keep me updated on their progress. Very professional. I hope it never happens but if I have another home disaster I will call on Puroclean.
