RecommendedOur insurance sent Mark to check out the flooding we had in our basement that same night. He found where the water in the walls and carpeting was and gave us an estimate. Then he let us know how we could save and do it ourselves if we chose. Very helpful and informative.
Worst experience ever. They overcharged and padded their estimate. Lied about what they did and how long they worked. Puro Clean didn’t even finish the job and still tried charging me the entire estimate. No one would call me or do anything so I printed the “estimate” and went through it marking everything they did and didn’t do and figured out what to pay them. What a joke and so unprofessional. RecommendedCalled at 7:00 in the morning because our basement was flooding. They were at our house promptly, worked with our insurance company. Courteous and did a good job. Hope my basement never floods again but if it does, I will use them for sure.
