My mom called me saying water was coming out of her AC return vent and that the ceiling was soaked all along the kitchen. Our AC guy referred us to Cris and Rapid Response. They showed up fast and began with water extraction. Because of how quickly they were able to get out and begin the water extraction, they were able to dry out her flooring without removing it and save her hardwood floors!!! Couldn’t be happier with their service!
