We had an amazing experience working with PuroClean and especially George and Kristel Kidonis. They have extensive knowledge in dealing with some tough situations and provide such professional service in many urgent cases. We had water coming into the basement of our home not only were they immediately responsive, they helped us deal with a bad situation with perfect remediation a lot quicker than we ever imagined. Their entire team was efficient, experienced and very pleasant to engage with. Highly recommend!

George Kidonis and his Team did a fantastic job. Our furnished basement was very badly damaged by a gutter drainage problem. They came immediately, cleaned the basement (looks like new) and fixed the gutter problem. In addition, they inspected our entire basement for potential other issues: Detected a small leakage in the boiler room and fixed this also immediately. Great Team, Outstanding Job, Very Reliable, High Efficiency and Quality, Reasonable Price.
George and Kristel Kidonis are miracle workers! What we thought was simply an overflowing 1st floor toilet, turned out to be a sewage clog that flooded our main floor and destroyed our basement. Our insurance company connected us to George’s company, and one of their key employees, Matt, was sent that very same day, to start the mitigation, working past 10 PM that night.
