Thanks to my insurance company, I was put in contact with PuroClean of Garfield. The water heater was apparently leaking for a long time (months?) that ultimately became apparent with the warping wooden floors in a finished basement. PuroClean was very attentive, responsive, and effective. I was impressed by the effort they put in to ensure that the water was coming from the defective water heater only. We had a major flood in our house and after having problems with another contractor, our insurance company referred us to George and Puroclean. He was a godsend! His workers are dependable (very), competent, kind and understanding. George explained every possibility, clearly and honestly. It is a pleasure to now have someone to call and depend on, knowing any work will be done conscientiously and well. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
