Carlos Niemes is just incredible!!! He came from far the same day I called him! Our kitchen had major water damage due to a broken water pipe and there was black mold everywhere. Carlos arrived and was super courteous, calm, knowledgeable, and professional! Everything was clear regarding the work to be done, cost, and time frame. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a water leak in our downstairs bathroom that flooded a big part of our first floor, and PuroClean of Ft. Lauderdale South was amazing from start to finish. I booked this company for air duct cleaning in Miami-Dade, and honestly, I’m really disappointed. The ducts still look dirty, and it doesn’t seem like they did a thorough job at all. I paid the full price, but the service definitely wasn’t worth what they charged. I walked away feeling like I overpaid for something that wasn’t properly done. I wouldn’t use them again.
