There were some good things and bad things about this experience. On balance, I would not recommend to use this company based on my experience. For context, we had water coming up through our floorboards in the basement. I hired a different firm to repair the cracks in our foundation, and hired PuroClean to remove as much of my flooring as was necessary and to remediate the moisture problem.
