Was reading the reviews before calling PuroClean of Eugene and thought these reviews are fluffed up. Once they showed up at my door my thinking changed. 100% professional and MO the owner treated like a first rate customer, rather than a broke old man. He chewed down the price to what I could afford. Jake and Kyle were on time and pleasure to deal with. Mo treats veterans with class..refreshing.
The owner of this business is a kind, considerate, thoughtful, and compassionate human being. Only have met him once, and I can confidently say I trust this business to do great work every time for every client.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and maybe most importantly, kind. Mo and his team made sure that I was well informed of each step they would be taking and worked efficiently. I would highly recommend PuroClean of Eugene to friends and family that may find themselves in an unfortunate situation. They truly went above and beyond, and I could not be more grateful for the job they did and the compassion each member of this crew conveyed. An absolutely wonderful group of people to work with.
They were quite professional in their approach to everything. I had a bad black mold problem and they took out all the moldy drywall, wood and flooring in three rooms and left the areas to dry. Mo, the owner. Was wonderful and explained what was happening each day. He works with you and explains things quite throughly. I highly recommend PuroClean!
PRO CLEAN- I had a situation that there was no way I could handle. And I talk to Moe, And he assured me he would have somebody here. And I have to say one hundred percent!!!, They Showed up exactly when they said they would, And they did an amazing job!!! After dealing with many contractors and then having them not show up like they're supposed to... It was a wonderful surprise to have a company that actually takes their jobs serious!!!
