Our neighbors' tree fell on our house, causing damage and flooding to 3 bedrooms, our dining area and 2 halways. PuroClean came out the very next day. They did a wonderful job! They were professional and genuine.

I have had two experiences with Puro Clean on both occasions Fernando went above and beyond to solve my problems which are large quickly. I had an occasion to have something repaired in a matter of hours and he did it!! No questions asked he just texted me when I was a nervous wreck and said “consider it done” and it was done in superior fashion. I really was shocked. This company may not have a lot of reviews, but don’t let that scare you away! I was extremely impressed with all the staff at this company. They had great communication via email, text and phone, they were willing to take on extra work and find ways to get things done even if it meant contracting out. They provided accurate estimates and communicated if changes were needed. The kept me aware, and the residents aware of their responsibilities and the timeline.
