This team has been magnificent. Kris, Nico, JoJo were a calming force in a week of panic. They are super professional, thorough, and respectful. Way back when I graduated from college, I used to do mold remediation and asbestos abatement. We talked to each other about the process and newer technologies to ensure my water damage would be remediated properly. Thank you all.
Puro Clean helped me when I had a sewer break in my house. They were always prompt, courteous and professional while being personable. Orlando took the time to explain the steps to me and the time frame expected. He was the best!

Maria Carranza and the lady's were fantastic. More than my expectations of the courtesy, professionalism, added a few grin and laughter making it feel like a family atmosphere. I'm disabled in a powerchair, from Henry to Maria and don't forget little Henry made me feel at a ease as much as possible. I must be crazy, but after my months stay in a hotel with two dogs in a chair. I hopefully look forward to seeing my family and catch up,, like family.
