PuroClean responded quickly and efficiently to some water damage our building sustained. They got us dried out and ready for repair. Throughout the entire process, our assigned supervisor answered all our questions in a timely manner and send us supporting documentation of the work the team was conducting. We are very grateful for the fast and knowledgeable service ! We were worried about mold in our bathroom and called Ammy over the holiday. She was willing to send someone out the very next day. We opted for tonight due to our schedule. Damian came today and put our minds at ease. He told us what to look for and how to stop the mildew from forming in the enclosed bathroom. IT WAS NOT MOLD! PuroClean was Amazing! I had water damage to my kitchen wood floors and basement from a frayed water hose connected to my refrigerator. They came within an hour of calling them, that’s right they came the same day as my emergency! The operations mgr Damian and his assistant were friendly and so very helpful. They worked with me and my insurance company. I was informed through the entire process. It was practically seamless.
