W are awesome. Damian took the time to explain everything and help me to understand the process. I would recommend it for any water problem.
I had an issue with my toilet and the water overflow through my bathroom, bedroom and living room. Called Puroclean as per a friend recommendation and it was the best decision I made. They were very informative and answered all my questions, they also were empathetic towards my situation. I will recommend them to anyone.
PuroClean responded quickly and efficiently to some water damage our building sustained. They got us dried out and ready for repair. Throughout the entire process, our assigned supervisor answered all our questions in a timely manner and send us supporting documentation of the work the team was conducting. We are very grateful for the fast and knowledgeable service ! We were worried about mold in our bathroom and called Ammy over the holiday. She was willing to send someone out the very next day.
