Brenden with PuroClean was a godsend! I blind called after an incident at our house and PuroClean was the 3rd call. I immediately got good vibes from Brenden over the phone. I told him I was recently widowed and had no idea what I was doing; this is definitely something my husband would have been handling. Brenden made sure I understood the entire process along the way and consistently reassured me that everything would be fine and it was, with his guidance. I wish I could give Brenden, the team and the company 10 stars!

This team was professional and quick to respond. The communication was phenomenal. ERICK was beyond exceptional. He reassured us no mess was too big to handle and handle he did. He also worked very quickly and was never a disturbance to my working environment as I was working from home today. I will be back with any future business! Also the pricing was super fair! Thank you all for your help. Yall really took something off my plate.
