If I had a need for cleaning up water damage again I would not hesitate calling on PuroClean again. Every technician that came to our home was professional and polite. They kept me up to date on their progress, and did excellent work. Robert Lee went above and beyond.

They are very good when they want you to sign a contract. But very hard to get in contact with to help. Took 2 months of me back and fourth with Sterling. I kept calling texting and calling the office to get a hold of someone. No one came back to clear the flooring or pack back. I was told 2 people where headed down, nothing. I hired outside contractor and tried to call for pack back and nothing. We ended up paying someone else to help. Money hungry company.

One star is way more than this company deserves. They use deceptive business practices, fail to communicate, they demo more than what was approved. They price gouge knowing insurance is paying for it. I saw a invoice that they paid and then marked up near 400% (4 times) the invoice to gouge the insurance company. They damaged my stair way wall and did not repair. They did not communicate with any changes they just continued demolition beyond what was discussed, did not issue any change orders.
