Sam is awesome! He’s kind and thorough and explains everything that’s going on. He cut clean lines in the drywall so it’ll be easier to replace and look seamless. Cole was awesome too. Our experience with puroclean made it easier to endure a house flood and the headaches that go with it!
Talan came to my home today to check for possible water/mold damage in a master bathroom. In order to accomplish this he had to cut through a few places in the sheetrock to expose 2x4s and access under a large bathtub. Talan was professional and extremely courteous. I had a flooding issue in my basement apartment, and Chris cane out on very short notice. Either late in the evening or on a Saturday (I honestly can’t remember because I was so stressed!). Sam came to my house to do mold clean up. He thoroughly explained everything to me about the clean up and cautioned me on systems of over exposures. He then cleaned up the debris from the demolition. He even swept the area to ensure he collected everything. He was kind and polite. He represented the company exceptionally and should be a valued employee.
