I had a complicated water damage insurance claim. Nick worked side by side with me, insurance company, and contractors who would complete work after his company finished. He came to project site daily , kept me and insurance updated , then after completion checked in with me to see how the follow up work was going and if I needed any further assistance. Excellent knowledgeable, polite , well mannered crew . Wonderful job and would definitely use again.

Absolutely love these guys. A water line broke and flooded our living room and kitchen. Crew showed up less than 2 hours after we shut the water off and called them. Jimmy and Ethan were super polite and were careful not to let out cat out. They wore protective shoe coverings so as not to cause any additional damage. We had a great experience working with PuroClean during a recent leak we had in our home. Nick responded promptly to my initial call and was able to stop by within two hours to survey the damage.
