Had our water heater explode and flood the basement. PuroClean was calling me at midnight and setting me up for the next afternoon…realized the severity of the situation and called me first thing in the morning to let me know that they had moved my appt up to that morning. Had fans drying things by lunch. After weekend, Nelson and Luis were at the house doing demo…they were so fast and professional! Added a few more fans, and got everything cleaned up so much you wouldn’t realize it was a construction zone! Highly recommend

PuroClean responded quickly to my call, assessed the situation, and got right to work. They kept me informed throughout the process, made sure everything was done correctly, and left my home clean and safe. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of remediation services.
I can't say enough good things about the Office staff and specifically Maria out technician that was prompt and thorough in managing a water damage I had in my rental. My tenants were very happy with everything done and her professionalism was very much appreciated! She went above and beyond answering questions which eliminated a lot of stress everyone was dealing with. I highly recommend Puroclean and I hope they appreciate employees like her as much as their customers do.
After a tree fell on my house my insurance company recommended PuroClean. They did an excellent job sealing up areas of the house to prevent further water intrusion. During the first visit, Nelson and Luis did a great job clearing the debris from the house and setting up dehumidifiers. PuroClean sent a second team out to check to see if the impacted areas were drying.
