If I could give 0 stars, I would!! The water in my house is currently turned off to fix a plumbing issue. During the mold remediation, a puro clean employee pooped in my toilet and did not flush. They also left soiled TP on the floor. I now have to call a plumber to come fix the issue.

Jose and Nelson have done a fantastic job on mitigation after a water overflow situation that impact 2 floors of my house. Their communication was great over multiple days, were polite and clean up leaving no additional mess for me to clean. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about PuroClean! Emilio and Leo were absolutely wonderful — professional, kind, and so respectful of our home. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained each step along the way. It’s such a relief to have people you can truly trust. Highly recommend!

This is not the post I wanted to send as of today Oct. 24th ,2025 I’m retracting my first comment about the two young men. We had a new Hot water tank put in and they PuroClean (Oliver and Eltillo) came in and messed the hot water tank up while working. Now we have no hot water and the filters and possibly the big tank is damaged. They left without a word. Maybe they went to lunch?
