The customer service was outstanding. I am so pleased with their service. They arrived within hours of my phone call. Provided me with exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this company.
If you get to choose...choose a different company. I had a flood, and my insurance company sent Marcello from Puroclean. He brought dehumidifiers, told me to "do nothing", and left. I did a whole bunch of things to save what I could, which saved me a LOT of loss. Communication was terrible- I was away when they went into the house to demo and pack it out, and I was told I would get a call so I could direct packing my work items (I got no call). I had to unpack and repack my whole POD as they packed my work things that I need... read more
