We had some water damage at our house that was under contract. Puroclean, and especially Jessica from Puroclean, did a fantastic job of working with the buyers and the sellers to get everything done to everyone’s satisfaction. She worked with the insurance company, which deserves a much lower rating, mainly because of how long it took to get paid properly. It is with much gratitude i leave this review for PuroClean. They came out to assess damage throughout the entire home from a pellet stove. PuroClean immediately started the cleanup project in July 2023. They did a great job with immediate visible results. Air quality seemed to improve as well. They worked extremely hard during the summer heat and also helped organize the repaint estimate that would be needed. I had been tasked with a sensitive cleanout of a property in preparation for listing it for sale. Jessica Moncada from Puroclean in Leominster was fantastic from the first day I contacted her to brainstorm, through all of the hoops necessary dealing with the association that the property was part of, for recommendations of outside contractors, and coordination of a full multi-day cleanout of the property in the winter.
