We had some water damage at our house that was under contract. Puroclean, and especially Jessica from Puroclean, did a fantastic job of working with the buyers and the sellers to get everything done to everyone’s satisfaction. She worked with the insurance company, which deserves a much lower rating, mainly because of how long it took to get paid properly. It is with much gratitude i leave this review for PuroClean. They came out to assess damage throughout the entire home from a pellet stove. PuroClean immediately started the cleanup project in July 2023. They did a great job with immediate visible results. Air quality seemed to improve as well. They worked extremely hard during the summer heat and also helped organize the repaint estimate that would be needed. Puro clean were prompt given the circumstances, courteous, professional and empathetic to our needs. Jessica was knowledgeable and well informed on the process with insurance. She helped make it a seamless process!!! Highly recommended for your clean up needs!!!
