James and Jordan helped to make the mold remediation process extremely smooth. James was very responsive and clearly communicated what we could expect throughout the process. They were very thorough and accommodating by setting up the containment area in such a way that we could still access unaffected areas. And, of course, the area passed mold inspection on the first time!

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that was offered in my time of crisis! I was so grateful to the Puro Clean team for taking care of the flood that occurred due to a busted water heater. Living across country could have made this situation extremely horrible, but Puroclean could not have been more assuring and I felt like they really took care of me and my condo. I hired PuroClean to mitigate a garage that was converted into bunk room. James was extremely knowledgeable. Responded with a complete quote. Created a schedule and completed all work per the schedule. Provided guidance going forward. Even mitigated a small adjoining room within the schedule and bid cost. On Schedule, at quoted cost with high quality describe James work.
