After being away for a week on vacation we came home to failed plumbing in our bathroom. Our one level home had extensive water damage. PuroClean arrived within 2 hours of our call. Anthony and crew were at our side for two weeks documenting all of the damage including our personal belongings that were not salvageable. Good cleaning. Bad price transparency. Came in roughly $800 (110%) over what I was verbally quoted. Costs that we were not informed above before cleaning: Base cost of after-hours service; additional after-hours feels for all services; Equipment setup & take down; equipment cleaning charges; cleaning "more than the floor"; PPE fees. Workers did not inform us that some services involved additional fees when they proposed the services on-site.
