Good cleaning. Bad price transparency. Came in roughly $800 (110%) over what I was verbally quoted. Costs that we were not informed above before cleaning: Base cost of after-hours service; additional after-hours feels for all services; Equipment setup & take down; equipment cleaning charges; cleaning "more than the floor"; PPE fees. Workers did not inform us that some services involved additional fees when they proposed the services on-site. We came home from a vacation to a dishwasher flood and warped wood floor. PuroClean was on-site same day and used machines to extract the moisture from the floor. A miracle- fixed- great service and great people!

The PuroClean team cleaned our carpets recently and as usual, did an outstanding job! We had spilled a coffee latte on our relatively new carpet and couldn’t get the stain out. We were concerned that the spot, in a very visible area, was permanent. The team got the stain out completely and our home looks beautiful again. We’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend you give them a try!
