We had a major water leak in one of our bathrooms while we were out of the house for a few hours and when we returned, we found water on the floors throughout most of our house. The water flowed into our hallway, kitchen and living room damaging almost all of our hardwood floors. Had a very good experience with PuroClean Home Rescue. We had a broken kitchen faucet pipe and water was leaking in the kitchen for several hours in the middle of the night. Our main contact, Jim, was always on time and really knew how to handle the water damage situation. Puroclean managed to get the moisture removed and saved the area under & behind the sink, the kitchen floor, the basement ceiling and all our cabinets in the basement.
