My toilet leaked/overflowed and water got under the baseboards and adjacent hallway carpet. PuroClean came when scheduled and evaluated the damage. They had the right equipment and performed the mitigation in the alloted time frame -removing rotted/at risk boards and drying out the area. From start to finish, work was explained and then conducted in a professional manner.

We had a pipe leak and resulting mold. Jim came out and took care of everything. He was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful as we navigated dealing with our insurance company, etc. You guys knocked it out out of the park and I would highly recommend your company to others Experiencing an emergency like this!!!
