Horrible experience. Avoid using PuroClean in Caseyville, IL We had a house fire and used PuroClean at the advice of our insurance agent. This was the biggest mistake we ever made We signed a contract with PuroClean to have our house reconstructed at a cost of $391,705.52. Following the demolition stage, PuroClean hired a separate lead contractor and we were told that is who we would go through during the reconstruction. Our journey with Puro clean started in April 2023. We had water damage and the clean up team we would give 5 stars. We used them to restore our damage- used them as a general contractor- everyone else was 1 year waiting list and we couldn’t wait that long. We used them for hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets, painting, & trim work. The whole process after the clean up was a disaster.
