We had a terrible rain about 5 inches of rain in an hour. We called our insurance company and PuroClean was out within a day to start clean up. We were very pleased with their work, efficiency, and timely they were.

Horrible experience. Avoid using PuroClean in Caseyville, IL We had a house fire and used PuroClean at the advice of our insurance agent. This was the biggest mistake we ever made We signed a contract with PuroClean to have our house reconstructed at a cost of $391,705.52. Following the demolition stage, PuroClean hired a separate lead contractor and we were told that is who we would go through during the reconstruction. Our experience with Puro Clean was outstanding. From my first phone call they were genuinely interested in serving our needs by resolving the water issue in our finished basement. Every person we dealt with dealt with, from the office to the technicians, were professional, courteous and considerate. If we could give them 10 stars we would do it.
