Horrible experience. I suggest not using PuroClean in Caseyville, IL We had a house fire and used PuroClean at the advice of our insurance agent. This was the biggest mistake we ever made We signed a contract with PuroClean to have our house reconstructed at a cost of $391,705.52. Following the demolition stage, PuroClean hired a separate lead contractor and we were told that is who we would go through during the reconstruction. Decided to work with them only because our insurance had contracts with them so we thought it would be easier to manage. Terrible experience. They hired people off the street with no skills. These people caused more damage and work had to be redone, and redone. We took photos and reached out to management multiple times asking them to send professionals but they didn’t care because we paid the majority of what was in contract.
