I called their office to seek assistance with a leak and mold issue in our dental office. The representative I spoke to informed me that they don’t handle mold at all. However, when I mentioned that their website explicitly states that they specialize in mold removal and should update their website accordingly, the representative dismissed my concerns. I was not impressed with their customer service.
We had never experienced a home fire. Knowledgeable and friendly staff helped us get through it.
Puro clean were part of the remediation team after significant smoke damage happened to our home. The PuroClean team were efficient and diligent in there work. The team they brought worked tirelessly and finished the job in less time than we had expected. My wife and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing remediation work.
