I just took a CE class with James Pitts. He was very personable! I particularly enjoyed the conversational tone of the class. It was great hearing stories and perspectives from the other insurance professionals in the room.
They offer great CE classes for licensed insurance agents. Classes are very informative and James is a nice guy to work with!
I contacted Puroclean earlier this week in hopes of working with them on some repairs. I was immediately contacted by James and while his company doesn't offer the service I need, I had to leave a glowing review after speaking with him! James is one of those people that just GENUINELY cares. Most companies disconnect the call QUICKLY after it's established that you won't be a customer.
