I would give zero stars if possible. PuroClean completely failed to follow proper mitigation protocols when organic growth was present in our home. Instead of addressing it correctly, they placed air movers on the affected areas, which caused the growth to spread throughout the house. Because of their negligence, we are now facing over $20,000 in additional mitigation costs, have been forced to relocate for three months, and the health of everyone in the home has been severely impacted. I see a ton of great reviews and was hopeful this company could assist me with my father’s home. They completed the inspection and have gone no contact since then. It’s been almost 10 days and nothing. I’ve called and texted via WhatsApp and it’s just complete radio silence. No report on their findings, no recommendations or even a message to let me know they’re working on it… very disappointing.

Great tour of their facility which boasts all levels of hazards and conditions their team has to come and help fix. It looks like a business that’s well postured to help.
