When my bathroom renovation project (funded by my insurance coverage) started under PuroClean’s prior owner, Warren, I was very impressed with the calibre of work and professionalism by Warren and his crew. But part way through the project the company was taken over by a different owner, Steve Hopper, and the calibre of work deteriorated significantly. It would be an understatement to say that our project turned out to be more complex than the initial insurance estimate for mould indicated. I also can’t say that no mistakes were made in the course of a year more full of twists than an M. Night Shyamalan film. I usually don't write google reviews but this company exceeded my expectations today in every way so felt the need to say how fantastic they were. We received a complaint of mold in one of our rental units from the tenant. When I called the PuroClean Leslie was responsive, professional and very flexible with regards to timing things with myself and my tenants.
