I would like to share my experience with Allstate’s mitigation contractor Puro Clean after I had a water leak in our basement. Dennis, Tim, Josue, Robert were the first responders. Josue and Robert did them actual demo/floor removal. Then Josue remained in contact after the source was identified and fixed. Josue brought in dehumidifiers and fans to dry the area, removed the flush tank/seat and the vanity, removed the damaged baseboards and cut the flood-wall all along the affected area.
