I can't say enough positive things about the PuroClean team. I contacted Dennis in a time of grief and trauma. Him and his team quickly came to my rescue to assist with a biological clean up after a death of a loved one. The PuroClean office staff, Dennis and the technician Nick really showed so much compassion and kindness and were a true comfort to me. They cancelled on me twice and at the end decided not to do the job even though the insurance already approved the estimate along time ago. Wasted alot of my time!
