If there was a way to give more than five stars, I would. After an epic renovation disaster left every surface coated in silica dust, I called in PuroClean for the clean-up. They did an amazing job. They showed up when they said they would, had open lines of communication for questions or concerns, cleaned ceilings, walls, floors and everything in between, and even found areas of particulates I never would've discovered. We referred Marcus to one of our loyal customers who experienced a burst water pipe leading to significant damage to the house. Within one week of the referral the house remediated of all water damage, mold and mildew. The customer was very grateful for the professionalism and efficient and work.

All of the gentlemen who worked to repair water damaged ceiling and walls were professionals. It is rare today to have workers who are so polite and respectful to myself and my property. They were careful and fully cleaned and reset before leaving each day. We had a couple of issues with completed work, but they came back and corrected to my satisfaction, never making excuses or disagreeing it was needed.
