Marcus and his team are really pros—and they care. They don't just come in and do a thorough cleaning job, they do it with care and support. Sometimes the work they do is very sensitive. They understand that and want to take least part of that burden off your shoulders. They're really the best around.

If there was a way to give more than five stars, I would. After an epic renovation disaster left every surface coated in silica dust, I called in PuroClean for the clean-up. They did an amazing job. They showed up when they said they would, had open lines of communication for questions or concerns, cleaned ceilings, walls, floors and everything in between, and even found areas of particulates I never would've discovered. We referred Marcus to one of our loyal customers who experienced a burst water pipe leading to significant damage to the house. Within one week of the referral the house remediated of all water damage, mold and mildew. The customer was very grateful for the professionalism and efficient and work.
