Laramie and Angela did a great job cleaning and restoring my flooded basement. They responded quickly and were very kind and very responsive to the situation on hand. They were very respectful of my things and they did a GREAT JOB!
It is unfortunate that i have to write this review but others should be aware. We hired Puroclean recently to dry out our house after a flood in our basement while we were on vacation visiting family. They performed the job and were responsive to calls and dried out our home. However, my wife’s jewelry was stolen in the time they were in our house. Everything is gone, pieces from great grandparents, celebrations life events, etc. (~5k). If you are looking for someone to start a restoration project, collect the money from your insurance, and never finish the job or call you back then this is the company for you. We had a pipe bust and it flooded our lake house basement. They ripped off all the trim threw in in a pile on the floor and put fans to dry the floors and then never heard back from them.
