I’ve called three times over the last two weeks. Given them my information and was told I’d be called back to schedule an appointment. Business must be really good for not calling back. I won’t call a fourth time.
If I could give a 0 for review I would. This company uses shortcuts and don't care about the customer. My best friend had a flood on the main floor and all they wanted to do is band aid the problem. They took off the baseboards and replaced them with the same ones and then once they were on, that's when they painted them and got paint all of the walls. PuroClean is a great company! Jess and her team came into my home and they were phenomenal. They respected the home and us, being overall wonderful and welcoming. I highly recommend hiring them.
Apparently Justin inspects the cleaning of drywall dust with his eyes closed. I was told my place would be cleaned thoroughly for dry wall dust when I was away. I am a senior with a heart condition and breathing the dust was affecting me after my return toy.home after being out for 2 months I then.left again after he said he would clean the air with hemp and finished cleaning the dust I came home to this Will post pics Damage to my laminate what a horrid repair ! I spent the night and already having breathing problems.
1. Customer service doesn’t exist from their project manager (Justin) which, in my opinion and experience, anyone in a position of “manager” should be well versed in customer care. When there was a discrepancy between a conversation I had with him versus the contractor on a cost I called Justin to get clarification and he took the conversation completely personal.
