We had a significant amount of water damage in the basement of a house we're renting and saw the reviews were good for this company and scheduled an inspection. They came before the end of the day on a Friday. So far so good. The field reps told us the price would be $7000 to do the work then given it’d be after hours and $4500-$5000 to do it on Monday. I called PuroClean and spoke to Anita about a dripping water leak in our bathroom and she was so sweet and understanding and she was at my house in 30 minutes. It turned out I didn't need their services but she gave me the number to a plumber and he was there right away. I hope I never need them but if I do I know who to call. Thanks Anita!
We had a slow leak that created some black mold in our master bath ceiling. Puro Clean Central SW came in and saved the day. The company was quick to text, email responses and schedule our appointment. Fantastic customer service. Our technician Gadi was right on time and answered all of our many questions. He left the space cleaner than when he started and wore my requested shoe booties and face mask. We were very pleased with the quality of his work. We would definitely request him if any services are needed in the future.
Called them for an estimate on cleaning a commercial property that had waste left by the previous tenant. Came out within a day to look it over and had the estimate same day. A few days later they came out and went to work! Originally said it would take 3 days but knocked it out all in 1 day which made the current tenant extremely happy and us as well. Crew was very professional and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any restoration or deep cleaning services!
It was a pleasure working with Blake and his crew getting my mold problem behind the washer and dryer solved to my buyer’s satisfaction. He came to my house and in short order relieved my concerns and came up with a quick and efficacious solution that was neither high cost nor expensive. I’d highly recommend Blake and Puroclean.
