Awful! Practices "ageism" in healthcare. Not willing to help my family member access a way to eat. She told my family that eating should be pleasurable and refused to help my grandfather eat during his hospitalization for something unrelated in his last days thus starving him to death. Shame on you! Hope you don't experience a similar situation for your loved one.
