Bought tyres and rims to these guys to be fitted and balanced. Brand new tyres second hand rims. Once I drove the car it had a big shudder. Contacted shop and was told I bought cheap Chinese tyres and they had done thier bit. What happened to customer service. Not interested in even looking at the car . Took them elsewhere and discovered both rear rims had not even been balanced . Am very disappointed as I've used u guys numerous times over the last 15yrs.
