Great Service from Nate and Jacob, I went in for the test drive for the Jaecoo J5 and J7 and the experience was awesome from the Customer Service to being able to test drive the cars alone. Although we did not go through with buying one of the Jaecoo's I appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism.
Had the pleasure of dealing with the amazing service team at Purnell Motors. Kamal the service manager provided reassurance from the first phone call and extending that to regular updates through the service period. The warm and welcoming attitude and the personal care and attention provided by Kamal and his team made a regular service a great experience.
