Kamal the service manager provided reassurance from the first phone call and extending that to regular updates through the service period. The warm and welcoming attitude and the personal care and attention provided by Kamal and his team made a regular service a great experience. I've been taking my car to Purnell Motors for a few years now and they always do a solid job. Last time I went in for a service, they got it done quick and explained everything in a way that made sense. The waiting area is super nice, like an airport VIP lounge, and the coffee is premium barista styled.
