Recently purchased a second hand Jaguar F-Pace from Purnell's and Paul was an absolute legend to deal with. I have never purchased a car interstate before but it couldn't have gone smoother. Everything was taken of and nothing was too hard. Paul made the process a real pleasure!
Service department super poor experience for me, made worse by providing honest feedback in the JLR survey sent post the first 2 attempted repairs, after the car went back on tow truck from smoke coming under the bonnet. 2023 New Defender under warranty. Went in twice for EGR faults, after the second time smoke started coming from the engine bay - never an issue before. Land Rover sent a survey after the smoke incident, but the dealer was more interested in sulking about poor feedback than doing anything to correct it. So ho... read more
