Service department super poor experience for me, made worse by providing honest feedback in the JLR survey sent post the first 2 attempted repairs, after the car went back on tow truck from smoke coming under the bonnet. 2023 New Defender under warranty. Went in twice for EGR faults, after the second time smoke started coming from the engine bay - never an issue before. I was most pleased with the support I received after having a software issue with my Jaguar staff were pleasant and supportive and after the matter was resolved they took time to explain the problem organised a car wash and I was on my way.
